Cancellation and Late Policy

We understand that you may need to change or cancel your appointment.

Please give your stylist at least 48 HOURS notice for cancellations or reschedules, to avoid a service fee or 50% of service booked

When a client cancels their appointment last minute, it results in lost revenue for the stylist and salon.

​

 

If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust your appointment in order to be on time for our next client(s). We aim to be on time for every client, and will make sure we contact you as well if we are running behind

Adjustments

Adjustments may be provided at no additional charge provided the salon is contacted within 72 hours of the original service and the adjustment take place within 2 weeks of the original appointment and same stylist who provided the service.
